My studio is out in the world. Each season brings something unique, from the early blooms of Spring, to the warm glow of Summer. From the rich earthy tones of Autumn, to Winters crisp clear days. No matter the season, nature provides the perfect backdrop for me to capture your family's story. I craft an experience that allows you to relax, connect, and enjoy the moment while we preserve your family's story in stunning locations.
My guided approach is simple and completely stress-free. From the first consultation to the final delivery of your heirloom portraits, I take care of every detail so you can focus on what matters most, cherishing time with your loved ones. Depending on what session you choose, you’ll receive 20–40 beautifully hand-edited images, some showing genuine, unscripted connection, and others with everyone together in a timeless portrait. I also include a few images that celebrate the surroundings and the natural light, making each photo uniquely yours.

- 2-hour photo session at the location of your choice (I will help you choose the most beautiful location for the time of year).
- For those who want a gallery of more than 40 images.
- This photo session is perfect for those wanting a custom designed photo album, lots of variety to their gallery of images, fine art for their walls and 2-3 dramatically different locations with several outfit changes. We can start on a hiking trail to get some big mountain views in the background, then travel 15 minutes to the country roads or golden fields. You can bring several changes of clothes and we can pick a different spot for each outfit. Two hours gives us a lot of time to play with light, to move slowly and not feel rushed, and to get a gallery of images that is varied. At two-hour sessions I have plenty of time to get some classic portraits as well as some really creative fine art shots.
- Halfway through a two-hour session is when personalities begin to shine. This is the session for those wanting an incredible gallery for a custom album or wall art.
- An appointment at your home two weeks after the photo session where you can view your gallery of images and place your order.
- A Mini Session is a shorter, sweet experience designed for families who want beautiful photographs but don’t need the length of a full session. We spend about 45 minutes together, just enough time to settle in, capture real connection, and keep little ones happy and engaged.
- For those who want a gallery of more than 20 images
- The actual photo-taking time is around 20 minutes, but we begin with a few relaxed minutes to get comfortable, and finish by gently transitioning into viewing your images and choosing your favourites. It’s simple, fun, and relaxed, no rushing.
- Mini Sessions include one outfit, one location, and a smaller but meaningful collection of images filled with warmth and authenticity.
About a week after your session, we’ll meet in person to view your images for the first time — a moment many families say is their favorite part of the whole experience. I’ll guide you through the gallery, help you choose your favorite photos, and walk you through options for artwork and albums that will bring your memories to life in a lasting, meaningful way. It’s a relaxed and supportive process designed to help you feel confident in your choices.

On the day of your session, everything is already in place — so you can simply enjoy the experience. I’ll gently guide you throughout, while leaving plenty of space for real moments to unfold. It’s all about connection and ease. We’ll spend our time in a beautiful outdoor location, capturing the quiet, joyful, and loving moments that reflect your family just as you are.

A few weeks before your session, I’ll visit you at home so we can make sure everything is ready. We’ll go through your family’s wardrobe together and choose outfits that coordinate beautifully and feel true to your style. It’s also when we finalize the session details — from the location and timing to the overall feel of the shoot. This step makes sure you feel confident and prepared, so the photo session itself can be relaxed and enjoyable.
In home consultation
This is our first real chat, where we get to know each other and start dreaming up your session. This is a chance for us to connect and answer any questions you may have. We’ll talk about your family, what kind of feel you’re hoping for and all the possible locations. I’ll walk you through the whole process so you know exactly what to expect.
